Our Environmental Strategy:
- To Reduce the use of Gas, Water & Electricity
- Utilise existing Building Management Equipment to reduce plant run times
- Setup the BMS facility to automatically monitor Energy usage
- Monitor and Control the Energy used from the on-site Central Computer
- Implement software strategy changes to reduce plant run times
- Continue to Monitor Energy and generate report alarms when necessary
- Establish annual energy reports with savings & re-invest in new equipment
We have developed a number of key skills in the conservation of Energy by simple modifications to the BMS software that reduces the plant run times and allows the plant to run more efficiently.
In addition to this we can install specialist equipment that will often pay-back the capital cost within 12 months.
